Chesapeake Craft Brewing Co. is seeking a motivated Production Assistant to join our growing team. This role supports all aspects of brewery production, from cellar work and packaging to maintaining a clean and organized production space. Responsibilities

• Assist with daily cellar operations, including CIP, transfers, and dry hopping
• Support canning and kegging operations
• Clean and sanitize tanks, hoses, and brewing equipment
• Maintain accurate production records
• Receive and organize raw materials
• Assist the brewing team with production as needed
• Follow all brewery safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous brewery or food production experience is preferred but not required
